Seit über 60 Jahren existiert das Familienunternehmen TAUBER – und seit über 30 Jahren war Dr. Andreas Heil ein prägendes Gesicht dieser Erfolgsgeschichte. Mit seinem ausdauernden Einsatz, Fachwissen und einer großen Leidenschaft für Bodenverhältnisse und die Kampfmittelräumung hat er die Entwicklung der Branche und des Unternehmens intensiv begleitet. Nun bricht er zu einem neuen beruflichen Kapitel auf: Mit der Gesellschaft IfVS – Institut für Verdachtsflächen und Spezialbau GmbH widmet er sich künftig weiter seiner Leidenschaft: der Beratung und Begleitung von Kampfmittelräummaßnahmen und der Vielfältigkeit von Problemlösungen bei Verbauverfahren.

Dr. Andreas Heil selbst blickt mit Dankbarkeit und auch etwas Wehmut auf seine Zeit bei TAUBER zurück: „Ich habe noch nie so viel gearbeitet und so viel Spaß gehabt wie hier bei TAUBER! Warum ich jetzt weitermache? Weil es immer noch nach wie vor Spaß macht und mich die neue Herausforderung reizt; ich habe Lust darauf und hoffe, es wird gut – die ersten Fäden sind schon geknüpft.“
Über die Jahre machte Dr. Andreas Heil sich nicht nur bei TAUBER, sondern auch in der Branche der Kampfmittelräumung einen Namen. Auf die Frage, was ihn dabei stets vorangebracht habe, antwortet Dr. Heil bescheiden: „Neugier.“ Und weiter: „Ich war mir nie zu fein zu fragen. Kein Mensch weiß alles. Und das kann ich auch jedem nur an die Hand geben, zu fragen und neugierig zu bleiben. Gerade in der vielschichtigen Welt der Kampfmittelräumung ist das essenziell. Mein wissenschaftliches Wissen hat mir immer geholfen – aber auch dieses muss in der Praxis hinterfragt werden.“
Dr. Andreas Heil, promovierter Diplom-Mineraloge, startete seine Karriere bei TAUBER im August 1993. Schnell wurde er Betriebsleiter in Hannover und baute den Standort der Unternehmensgruppe aus. Seit 2009 brachte er sein Fachwissen als Betriebsleiter und Prokurist in Bayern ein und begleitete hier unzählige Räummaßnahmen und Entschärfungen. Ab 2023 übernahm er die Verantwortung für Sonderprojekte. Sein fundiertes naturwissenschaftliches Wissen, seine strategische Weitsicht und seine Neugier machten ihn zu einem geschätzten Mentor und wertvollen Wissensvermittler innerhalb des Unternehmens.
