TAUBER | Der Kampfmittelräumer seit über 60 JahrenCookie Einstellungen
Bei der Leitung der Forschung und Entwicklung der TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe gibt es einen Wechsel an der Spitze. Nach über einem Jahrzehnt nimmt Dr. Jan-Philipp Schmoldt Abschied von TAUBER, um sich einer neuen beruflichen Herausforderung beim Niedersächsischen Landesamt für Bau und Liegenschaffen zu stellen. Bereits seit Anfang des Jahres verstärkt Dr. Johannes Kenkel die Abteilung Forschung & Entwicklung bei TAUBER und übernimmt nun deren Abteilungsleitung.
Dr. Jan-Philipp Schmoldt war 12 Jahre lang in der Geophysik bei TAUBER und hat hier von Anfang auch den Bereich der Forschung & Entwicklung begleitet, den er ab 2022 auch leitete. In dieser Funktion hat er auch viele Abschlussarbeiten von Universitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit TAUBER betreut. „Dr. Schmoldt hat als Geophysiker, Entwickler und Referent in unserer Unternehmensgruppe an vielen Stellen mitgearbeitet und somit den Aufbau der Geophysik bei TAUBER maßgeblich mitgestaltet“, betont Jan-Bernd Kappelhoff, Geschäftsführer der TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe. „Wir danken ihm für seine geleistete Arbeit sowie sein Engagement und wünschen ihm alles Gute für die Zukunft!"
Seit 2023 engagierte Dr. Schmoldt sich auch für TAUBER im Vorstand der GKD, der Güteschutzgemeinschaft Kampfmittelräumung Deutschland, in der er auch den Vorsitz des Güteausschusses übernahm. „Die vergangenen Jahre bei TAUBER waren für mich eine wertvolle und bereichernde Zeit“, sagt Dr. Jan-Philipp Schmoldt. „Ich bin dankbar für die großartige Zusammenarbeit, tolle Kollegen & Kolleginnen und froh, dass wir gemeinsam die Qualität in der Kampfmittelräumung erhöhen konnten.“ Neben besonderen Situationen, wie dem Sondieren bei Wind und Regen auf dem Wasser bleibt ihm zum Beispiel auch das GEOTreffen in Erinnerung: „Das GEOTreffen ist eine Veranstaltung, wie ich sie so auf dem Level in der Kampfmittelräumung in Deutschland sonst nirgends kenne. Wie sich das GEOTreffen von einem Zusammenkommen von fünf Leuten zu einer Tagung mit über 50 Teilnehmern und einem dichtem Tagungsprogramm gewandelt hat, das ist schon wirklich beeindruckend.“
Die Leitung der Abteilung Forschung & Entwicklung bei TAUBER übernimmt Dr. Johannes Kenkel. Der studierte Physiker und promovierte Geophysiker hat sich seit April gut in die Projekte eingearbeitet und freut sich auf die neue Herausforderung. „Mit seiner Expertise und seinen Impulsen ist Dr. Johannes Kenkel die richtige Person, um die Entwicklungsprojekte fortzuführen und Neues anzustoßen. Ich freue mich sehr, dass wir in diesem Bereich auch in Zukunft stark aufgestellt sind und die Geophysik in der Kampfmittelräumung weiterentwickeln können“, so Simon Gremmler, Prokurist der Tauber Geo-Consult.
