Ob es sich um ein großes Fest, gemeinsame Grillabende, Einstände, Jubiläen, sportliche Veranstaltungen oder andere Ereignisse handelt, Firmenevents spielen in der TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe eine wichtige Rolle und sind fest in unserer Unternehmenskultur verankert. Diese Tradition wird bei TAUBER seit 60 Jahren gepflegt und fand zuletzt Ausdruck in den beiden Firmenläufen.
Sport hat bei TAUBER schon immer die Leute zusammengeschweißt. Vitalino Heitor, Maschinist bei der Tauber Rohrbau, erinnert sich zum Beispiel an ein Fußballspiel in Prüm an der belgischen Grenze: „Vor über 30 Jahren haben wir mit der Rohrbau gegen die Spezialbau gespielt. Es war ein tolles Spiel und dass das Spiel erst im Elfmeterschießen mit 4:3 für die Spezialbau entschieden wurde, war mir fast egal, denn danach haben wir alle gemeinsam beim Grillen gefeiert“, lacht Heitor. „Wer am Ende gewinnt ist dabei nicht das Wesentliche, denn wie bei den Firmenläufen steht der Zusammenhalt im Vordergrund“, fügt er abschließend hinzu.
Auch Ralf Lösing, Betriebsleiter der Tauber Spezialbau, erinnert sich noch sehr gut an das wöchentliche Fußballspielen in Hallschlag zurück: „Gemeinsam mit dem Team einmal in der Woche Fußball zu spielen, war eine schöne Abwechslung zur täglichen Arbeit. Das hat auf jeden Fall zur guten Stimmung zwischen den Kollegen beigetragen.“ Lösing erzählt weiter, dass auch Herbert Tauber immer ein gern gesehener Gast war. Er schätzte es stets, wenn Mitarbeiter sich auch nach Feierabend gemeinsam Zeit nahmen.
„Ob gemeinsames Laufen, Fußball oder Badminton – Sport ist immer etwas, das verbindet. Man erreicht damit gemeinsam Ziele, hat Zeit sich auszutauschen und sich auch außerhalb der Arbeit kennenzulernen. Dadurch entstehen Erinnerungen, die uns auch nach Jahren im Gedächtnis bleiben“, sagt Geschäftsführer Jan-Bernd Kappelhoff.
