TAUBER | Der Kampfmittelräumer seit über 60 JahrenCookie Einstellungen
Die Fachkräftesicherung und -bindung ist eine der größten Herausforderungen für die Wirtschaft in Deutschland. Um diesem Thema zu begegnen, war TAUBER, vertreten durch Betriebsleiter Simon Gremmler, neben Experten wie Marco Schmitz, NRW-Landtagsabgeordneter und Initiator der Fachkräfteoffensive NRW sowie Hans Hund, Unternehmer und Präsident der Handwerkskammer Münster, Teil des 19. MittelstandsForums. Das von der Mittelstands- und Wirtschaftsunion der CDU Stadtverband Greven (MIT Greven) in Zusammenarbeit mit der MIT Kreis Steinfurt veranstaltete Forum diskutierte die Ziele und Maßnahmen der Fachkräfteoffensive NRW.
Simon Gremmler stellte das Unternehmen TAUBER vor und zeigte auf, wie das führende Unternehmen in der Kampfmittelräumung die Fachkräftesicherung in der Praxis unterstützt und fördert. Die Herausforderung durch den Fachkräftemangel nehme man sehr ernst und setze sich aktiv für die Qualifizierung und Perspektive der Mitarbeiter:innen ein. TAUBER lege daher großen Wert darauf, attraktive Benefits zu gestalten, eine familiäre Unternehmenskultur zu schaffen und durch die 2021 gegründete TAUBER Akademie das Angebot an Fort- und Weiterbildung zu verbessern. „Durch die Teilnahme an Berufsmessen und sonstigen Veranstaltungen positionieren wir uns außerdem stärker im öffentlichen Raum und erhöhen unsere Präsenz als Arbeitgeber“, ergänzt Gremmler.
“Jedes Glied in der Kette der Erzeugung oder Dienstleistungserbringung ist ganz wichtig”, weshalb bei TAUBER vom Räumhelfer bis zum Betriebsleiter ein gleiches Maß an Wertschätzung für jeden Einzelnen an der Tagesordnung stehe, betont Gremmler. TAUBER ist unter anderem einer der Partner der Initiative der Stiftung kampfmittelfreier Lebensraum, die darauf abzielt, einen bundesweit anerkannten Berufsabschluss für Kampfmittelräumer zu etablieren. Auf diese Weise beteiligt sich die Unternehmensgruppe daran, die Qualität und Sicherheit in diesem sensiblen Bereich zu gewährleisten und den Fachkräften eine attraktive Karriere zu ermöglichen.
Thema des MittelastandsForums war auch die Digitalisierung und die Künstliche Intelligenz (KI). Entgegen allgemeiner Skepsis sieht TAUBER in der KI auch eine große Chance, „die wir auch selber nutzen und gestalten wollen“. Einen Umstieg auf KI schätzt Gremmler weniger als Bedrohung, sondern vielmehr als Chance ein.
Das 19. MittelstandsForum war eine gelungene Veranstaltung, die das Thema der Fachkräftesicherung aus verschiedenen Perspektiven beleuchtete und einen regen Austausch zwischen den Teilnehmern ermöglichte. “Die Teilnahme am MittelstandsForum war für uns als Unternehmensgruppe ein wichtiger Termin”, äußert sich Jan-Bernd Kappelhoff, Geschäftsführer der TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe, „denn nur im gemeinsamen Austausch können wir dem Fachkräftemangel begegnen und die besten Strategien zur Fachkräftesicherung erarbeiten.“
