Im Frühjahr wurde die Ideenschmiede am Standort Greven der TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe fertiggestellt. Das Besondere am Gebäude ist nicht das schicke oder kompakte Aussehen, sondern die Bauweise, in der sie entstanden ist. Um sich von der innovativen Bauweise selbst zu überzeugen, waren Dietrich Aden, Bürgermeister der Stadt Greven und Hendric Fiege, Mitgesellschafter der gleichnamigen großen Unternehmensgruppe, vor Ort.
„Nachhaltiges Bauen gewinnt für eine zukunftsfähige Stadtentwicklung zunehmend an Bedeutung. Mit dem Thema Nachhaltigkeit ist auch ein gesellschaftlicher Auftrag verbunden“, so Bürgermeister Aden.Auch für andere Unternehmen kann die Bauweise interessant sein.
Hendric Fiege zeigte sich beeindruckt von der zukunftsträchtigen modularen Holzbauweise. „Die Ideenschmiede ist ein schönes Beispiel für das Nutzbarmachen von Nachhaltigkeit und Effizienz. Für uns als innovatives Unternehmen ist es immer spannend von neuen Verfahrensweisen zu erfahren und das als Anregung mitzunehmen”, resümierte er.
Jan-Bernd Kappelhoff, Geschäftsführer der TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe, erklärte den Ursprung des Projekts: „Nachhaltigkeit hört beim Bauen nicht auf. Den Nachhaltigkeitsgedanken in allen Bereichen auf innovative und zukunftsorientierte Weise zu verfolgen ist uns als Unternehmen wichtig und führte aus unserer Abteilung für Forschung & Entwicklung zur Kooperation mit der Zimmerei Üding, um dieses Projekt umzusetzen“.
Im kommenden Monat wird das Gebäude als Aufenthaltsbereich für Pausen, Veranstaltungsraum für Events sowie für Besprechungen eröffnet werden.
Zum Hintergrund:Die modulare Bauweise ermöglicht dank innovativer Technik Ressourcenschonung und Klimaneutralität im Sinne des nachhaltigen Bauens. Als Nebeneffekt bedeutet sie auch eine Zeitersparnis: Nach kurzer Produktionszeit konnten auf dem Unternehmensgelände von TAUBER innerhalb von weniger als zwei Tagen insgesamt sechs Erdgeschoss- und Obergeschossmodule aufgestellt werden. Sogenannte Schraubpfahlfundamente bieten dabei eine Alternative zu Beton und machen eine leichte Montage sowie Demontage möglich.
