Zum 30-jährigen Firmenjubiläum gratulierte TAUBER Geschäftsführer Jan-Bernd Kappelhoff der Sächsischen Kampfmittelbeseitigung (SKB) mit Sitz in Dresden. „In herausfordernden Zeiten ein Unternehmen aufzubauen und dieses erfolgreich durch verschiedene Wachstumsphasen zu bringen, ist eine Leistung, die meine Bewunderung verdient“, sagte er anerkennend. Im Namen der TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe wünschte er Geschäftsführer Maik Exner und der Sächsischen Kampfmittelbeseitigung alles Gute für die Zukunft.
„Nach der Wende entstand die SKB mit nur vier Mann. Auf die Entwicklung bis heute hin, mit über 50 Mitarbeitenden, sind wir sehr stolz“, so Geschäftsführer Maik Exner. Nach der Wende konnte die Kampfmittelräumung in den neuen Bundesländern erstmals privatisiert erfolgen. Als eines von wenigen Unternehmen auf diesem Spezialgebiet wurde am 11. August 1992 die SKB gegründet, die sich in den nächsten 30 Jahren erst einmal auf dem Markt etablieren musste. Mit an Bord war auch der heutige Geschäftsführer Maik Exner, damals noch als Räumarbeiter. In den ersten Jahren ergaben sich bereits vielversprechende Aufträge. Besondere Räumstellen waren der Truppenübungsplatz Königsbrück, der Truppenübungsplatz Zeithain und der Luftschießplatz in Belgern – sie bilden die ältesten und größten Übungsplätze Sachsens und existieren bis heute.
Erst kürzlich erhielt die SKB einen Auftrag für eine neue „Jahrhundertbaustelle“. Laut ersten Schätzungen wird die Räumstelle 10 bis 15 Jahre andauern. „Durch unsere Rahmenverträge sind wir bestens aufgestellt. Natürlich sind Zahlen in einem Unternehmen nicht unwichtig, aber alles steht und fällt mit unseren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern und ich bin sehr froh über den guten Zusammenhalt in der SKB“, freut sich der Geschäftsführer.
Was werden die nächsten 30 Jahre bringen? „Schauen wir erst auf die nächsten 10 Jahre, bis zu meiner Rente“, lacht Maik Exner. Er führt aus: „Alles, was in den nächsten 30 Jahren auf uns zukommt, ist spannend. Die Auftragslage ist sehr gut und der staatliche Dienst ist zufrieden mit uns. Auf die nächsten Jahre unseres Unternehmens können wir sehr optimistisch blicken!“
