Die Planungen für ein großes gemeinsames Fest der Unternehmensgruppe wurden durch die Corona-Pandemie mehrfach behindert. Jetzt konnten sich mit dem Frühlingsfest endlich wieder alle Kolleg:innen aus ganz Deutschland und Europa einmal treffen.
"Die Corona-Pandemie war in den vergangenen zwei Jahren eine sehr anstrengende Zeit für uns alle. Gerade der so wichtige persönliche Austausch hat in der Pandemie gefehlt. Deshalb freue ich mich sehr, dass wir mit dem Frühlingsfest die Möglichkeit hatten, uns endlich auch im großen Rahmen wieder gemeinsam zu treffen”, so TAUBER-Geschäftsführer Jan-Bernd Kappelhoff.
Ermöglicht wurde dies durch ein konsequentes Hygienekonzept mit einer Corona-Testpflicht. Ganz bewusst wurden hierbei höhere Maßstäbe gewählt als das gesetzliche Mindestmaß, um allen Angestellten ein sicheres und sorgloses gemeinsames Feiern zu ermöglichen.
“Das Zusammenbringen der Angestellten unserer verschiedenen Standorte und Gesellschaften ist ein enormer Gewinn für uns alle. Denn wir sind bei TAUBER eine Familie und für eine Familie ist Zusammenhalt und Zusammensein elementar”, so Jan-Bernd Kappelhoff.
Einen fantastischen Abschluss fand das Frühlingsfest in Greven mit einem von TAUBER selbst abgebrannten großem Feuerwerk.
