Wie wichtig der Bereich der Weiter- und Fortbildung bei TAUBER ist, zeigte sich Ende letzen Jahres. Hier fanden gleich zwei Schulungen für insgesamt 21 Teilnehmer:innen statt. Wobei dabei eine Schulung erstmals als Kooperation mit der Deutschen Feuerwerker Ausbildungsgesellschaft (DFAB) gemeinschaftlich durchgeführt wurde.
“Um die Ausbildung unserer Mitarbeitenden weiter zu verbessern haben wir mit der DFAB zusammen den Lehrplan für eine speziell erweiterte Grundeinweisung aufgestellt. Dieser ist mit 37 h erheblich umfangreicher als der gesetzlich vorgeschriebene 16 h Lehrgang”, erläutert Simon Gremmler, Leiter der TAUBER Akademie und führt weiter aus, “Wir arbeiten in einem extrem sensiblen Bereich und Wissen ist hier der grundlegendste Baustein, um die Sicherheit unserer Mitarbeitenden bei Ihren Arbeiten zu gewährleisten. Aus diesem Grund haben wir einen Kurs geschaffen, der die Inhalte in einem viel größeren Umfang vermittelt.”
Neben diesem neuen Kurs fand auch ein über 80-stündiger Einführungslehrgang statt, den die DFAB als Inhouse-Schulung bei TAUBER hielt. Für die praktische Ausbildung konnten die Teilnehmenden dabei auf die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten des Testfeldes von TAUBER zurückgreifen und hier die verschiedenen Verfahren und Geräte unter Praxisbedingungen lernen und vertiefen.
Am Ende der Schulungen zieht Simon Gremmler eine durchweg positive Bilanz: “Wir haben mit den Kursen neue Mitarbeiter:innen erfolgreich fortgebildet und schon erfahrene Mitarbeiter:innen umfassend weitergebildet. Und ich freue mich, dass ich von allen Teilnehmende nur positives Feedback bekommen habe und danke auch sehr der DFAB für die tolle Zusammenarbeit, die zu wirklich abwechslungsreichen und spannenden Schulungen geführt hat.”
