Guido Kaiser ist seit dem 1. Dezember 2020 neuer Werkstattleiter der TAUBER-Gruppe. Zudem leitet der Landmaschinenmechanikermeister die neu gegründete Tauber Construction GmbH. Sie kümmert sich um das Entwickeln, Konstruieren und Herstellen von Spezialmaschinen, Fahrzeugen und Beförderungstechniken sowie die Entwicklung von Sonderlösungen.
In der Werkstatt betreut Guido Kaiser mit seinem Team den gesamten Fuhrpark und die Baumaschinen des TAUBER-Unternehmens. Er löst Manfred Mohnke ab, der seit mehr als 40 Jahren in der TAUBER-Gruppe tätig ist.
„Auch wenn ich 30 Jahre Berufserfahrung mitbringe, ist die TAUBER-Werkstatt eine Herausforderung. Denn sowohl die Anzahl der Maschinen als auch die Vielfalt ist sehr groß“, erklärt der 54-jährige Meister. Ab Januar 2021 stehen Kaiser und seinen rund 25 Mitarbeiter:innen rund 1.000 Quadratmeter Werkstatt am neuen Standort in Greven zur Verfügung. Vom LKW bis zum 130-Tonnen-Kran reparieren die Techniker die Maschinen in Eigenregie.
Neben speziellen Räumen für Hydraulik- und Elektroarbeiten freut er sich besonders über ein modernes und großzügiges Ersatzteillager.
Wenn die Arbeitsprozesse sich eingespielt haben, möchte Kaiser auch personell den Blick in Richtung Zukunft werfen. „Lange Jahre habe ich ausgebildet und mit vielen Lehrlingen später als Gesellen zusammengearbeitet. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass wir auch hier unseren Nachwuchs ausbilden.“
