Ein Jubiläum ist ein guter Anlass, innezuhalten und auf die vergangenen Jahre zurückzublicken. Bei der Tauber Delaborierung (DELAB) reicht dieser Blick inzwischen ganze drei Jahrzehnte zurück: 1996 wurde die Gesellschaft gegründet und sorgt seitdem im Freistaat Thüringen dafür, Flächen zu räumen, Bomben zu entschärfen und Kampfmittel zu vernichten.
Hinter diesen drei Jahrzehnten stecken unzählige Einsätze, viele geräumte Flächen und vor allem Menschen, die die Entwicklung der DELAB über drei Jahrzehnte begleitet und geprägt haben. Genau diese Menschen standen bei der Jubiläumsfeier im Mittelpunkt.
„30 Jahre Tauber Delaborierung sind vor allem 30 Jahre gemeinsame Arbeit. Viele unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter begleiten TAUBER schon über einen sehr langen Zeitraum. Dieses Wissen, diese Erfahrung und diese Verbundenheit sind eine wichtige Grundlage für die Zukunft“, sagte Geschäftsführer Simon Gremmler. „Dafür möchte ich auch Andreas West danken, der die Entwicklung der DELAB ganz wesentlich mitgeprägt hat“, ergänzte er.
Betriebsleiter Andreas West konnte krankheitsbedingt leider nicht an der Feier teilnehmen. Vertreten wurde er von Michael Heinze, der selbst seit Beginn an für die DELAB als Truppführer im Einsatz ist. Unter dem Motto „Zusammen zurückblicken, gemeinsam feiern, gemeinsam in die Zukunft schauen“ kamen 36 Mitarbeitende und geladene Führungskräfte der Unternehmensgruppe auf der Talsperre Hohenwarte zusammen.
30 Jahre Geschichte in Bildern Für einen besonders persönlichen Rückblick hatte Andreas West dennoch vorgesorgt: Er stellte eine Präsentation mit Bildern aus 30 Jahren DELAB-Geschichte zusammen. Von Einsätzen und Baustellen bis zu gemeinsamen Momenten aus dem Arbeitsalltag ließ die Präsentation die Betriebsgeschichte Revue passieren. Auch Geschäftsführer Simon Gremmler brachte ein Stück Geschichte mit an Bord: Als Jubiläumsgeschenk überreichte er vier Luftbilder aus dem Gründungsjahr 1996, die wichtige Standorte und Stationen zeigen.
Betriebsleiter Andreas West blickt mit Stolz auf die Entwicklung der vergangenen drei Jahrzehnte zurück: „In all den Jahren hat sich vieles verändert. Was aber geblieben ist, ist der Zusammenhalt bei uns. Bei unserer Arbeit muss man sich aufeinander verlassen können und gemeinsam an einem Strang ziehen. Das war früher so und wird auch in Zukunft so bleiben.“
Neben dem Rückblick kam auch das gemeinsame Feiern nicht zu kurz. Am Nachmittag brachte eine Zaubershow die Gäste zum Staunen, bevor der Abend bei gutem Essen und vielen Gesprächen an Bord langsam weiter ging. Den Abschluss bildete ein Feuerwerk über der Talsperre Hohenwarte.
