Die TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe stellt ihre Geschäftsführungsstruktur neu auf und setzt damit einen weiteren wichtigen Impuls für ihre strategische Weiterentwicklung.
Im Zuge dieser Neuausrichtung übernimmt Simon Gremmler die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaften in den Bereichen Kampfmittelräumung sowie Bau und Systemtiefbau von Jan Bernd Kappelhoff. Jan Bernd Kappelhoff wird künftig gemeinsam mit einem Geschäftsführer aus der Diehl Stiftung die Beteiligungsgesellschaften der Unternehmensgruppe als Geschäftsführer leiten, um die strategischen Wachstumsziele weiter konsequent voranzutreiben. Darüber hinaus bleibt Jan Bernd Kappelhoff weiterhin für die produzierenden Gesellschaften sowie für die Gemeinschaftsunternehmen der Gruppe verantwortlich.

Simon Gremmler ist seit 2009 Teil der TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe und begann seine Laufbahn als Diplom-Geophysiker. Mit über 16 Jahren Erfahrung hat er die Entwicklung des Bereichs Geophysik maßgeblich geprägt und unter anderem die TAUBER Akademie gegründet. Ab 2022 übernahm er als Prokurist und Betriebsleiter der Tauber Geo-Consult eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung der Organisationsstruktur sowie beim Ausbau der Gesellschaft. Mit seiner Ernennung zum Prokuristen der Tauber Holding im Jahr 2024 wurde er verstärkt in unternehmensweite strategische Themen eingebunden.
Die Übernahme der Geschäftsführungsverantwortung durch Simon Gremmler ist das Ergebnis einer langjährigen, engen und vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit. Sie steht für Kontinuität, fachliche Tiefe und ein gemeinsames Verständnis von Werten, Qualität und unternehmerischer Verantwortung.
Mit der angepassten Geschäftsführungsstruktur in den Beteiligungsgesellschaften und den operativen Gesellschaften stellt die TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe die Weichen für weiteres nachhaltiges Wachstum und eine klare Fokussierung auf ihre strategischen Zukunftsfelder.
