Der internationale Technologiekonzern Diehl wird sein Leistungsspektrum auf den Bereich der Kampfmittelräumung erweitern und wird alleiniger Gesellschafter der TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe, einem führenden Spezialisten in diesem Bereich. So wurde der entsprechende Vertrag hierzu diesen Monat unterzeichnet und nur die kartellrechtliche Zustimmung steht noch aus.
Durch die neue Gesellschafterrolle soll die erfolgreiche Entwicklung der bald 700 Mitarbeitende zählenden TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe weiter forciert werden. „Wir können uns nun gestärkt den Herausforderungen der anstehenden internationalen Aufgabenstellungen widmen und den Bereich der Innovationsentwicklung ausbauen“, freut sich Jan-Bernd Kappelhoff, der Geschäftsführer der TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe. Zentral für die Entscheidung seien auch die gemeinsamen Wertvorstellungen gewesen. „Für uns als Familienunternehmen mit einer über 60-jährigen Geschichte war es wichtig, mit DIEHL einen Gesellschafter an unserer Seite zu haben, der ebenfalls über eine Familientradition verfügt.“
In der Kampfmittelräumung ist TAUBER in Deutschland der Komplettanbieter und bietet hier von der Luftbildauswertung, über die geophysikalische Detektion, der Bergung von Bomben bis hin zum Entschärfen und dem thermischen Vernichten der gefunden Objekte alle Dienstleistungen an. Darüber hinaus ermöglichen die Gesellschaften im Systemtiefbau neben komplexen Bergungsszenarien auch maßgeschneiderte Lösungen in der Kanalsanierung und dem erdverlegten Leitungsbau.
TAUBER und Diehl können auf eine erfolgreiche und enge Zusammenarbeit aufbauen. Beispielsweise wird derzeit unter dem Dach des gemeinsamen Joint Ventures „TD Services“ der Standort „Spreewerk Lübben“ gemeinsam umfangreich weiterentwickelt. Die TAUBER Unternehmensgruppe wird mit ihren Gesellschaften eine eigene Sparte im Teilkonzern Diehl Defence bilden.
